Belgrave House is situated in the centre of Gloucester over 3 floors that have a number of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom (this may suit a couple in need of support, children or live in support) and studio flats in it.
These have recently been renovated to a high standard and can be rented furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs and finances. On renting one of these flats you will be asked to sign a standard licence agreement giving you the statutory right as a tenant.
In addition you will have an identified number of support hours that may cover some of the following:
- Support skills to build on your present independence
- Emotional support
- Support to day time activities including employment
- Prompting with medication
- Budgeting/benefits
- Accessing local resources e.g. GL1, shops
- We have a maintenance team that respond within 24 hours to support tenants in their independence.
- Our out of hours support phone line is available until 10.30 pm every night.
