The Heathville Road flats are situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of Gloucester. These have recently been renovated to a high standard and can be rented furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs and finances. The accommodation consists of a kitchen come living room, shower room and bedroom. There is a lovely garden that you may use and the company maintain this.
On renting one of these flats you will be asked to sign a standard licence agreement and this gives you statutory right as a tenant.
In addition you will have an identified number of support hours that may cover some of the following:
- Support skills to build on your present independence
- Emotional support
- Support to day time activities including employment
- Prompting with medication
- Budgeting/benefits
- Accessing local resources e.g. GL1, shops
- We have a maintenance team that respond within 24 hours to support tenants in their independence.
