The aim for Dynavour is that you are confident with the care staff and we are confident that we have competent trained staff.
Dynavour aims to ensure that all our carers/support workers are in the right job! We want our staff to be happy as the people we work with tell us this is important. Having happy staff and happy clients is also good for peoples mental health...a smile a day goes a long way!
All our staff have a period of induction and undergo mandatory training when they first join the company, this is continually updated and if there is extra identified training needed this is provided.
After 3 months if staff do not already have an NVQ 2 or above in care, they are enrolled and supported to achieve this.
All our training is in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and their registration.
We believe that the best resource we have is our staff and that we keep them in order to offer engagement and seamless care for people.
